[vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”13304″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Located in Ilocos Norte, the newly formed hospital was in need of an intervention that focused greatly on human processes.  As such, OnPoint Consulting conducted in what is called in OD circle as a Level One intervention.  A simple teambuilding workshop was run, focusing on the appreciation of the entire organization’s efforts in running a great organization.  It was such a wonderful experience as for much of the participants, it was the first time that they have experienced such a training program.  It was organized, direct to the point and pretty much addressed their learning and development needs.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
