[vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”13310″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]The engagement was a team building activity targeted for both back office and front office personnel.  The event was done on the beach in Morong, Bataan, much to the delight of the audience.  Structured learning activities were conducted and much to the surprise of their management, it was the very first time that they experienced a team building activity that featured not only games, but each activity was designed for participants to learn.  According to their operations manager, at first they expected activities that featured obstacle courses and a lot of physical activities.
